Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy
To secure your appointment, a valid card must be kept on file.
• 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
• No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file.
• Appointment Confirmation
Clients must confirm their appointment via text or through the booking system.
Unconfirmed appointments are subject to cancellation.
